I had to get the back bumper replaced on my Chevy Cruze due to an accident. Ream was so easy to work with. Gabby kindly dropped me off at & picked me up from work while my car got worked on, and I was incredibly impressed by the result. The outside shined, Dale detailed the inside to perfection, and I was gifted a beautiful rose which was so sweet! The cleanest my car has ever been. Most importantly, the bumper repair is flawless. Dale at Ream was amazing! He was very helpful and very informative every time I spoke with him. The damage to my car was all on the exterior but they went above and beyond and cleaned my entire car! I had an incredible experience with Ream Auto when I needed the front panel of my car replaced. I was able to get in next-day for an estimate and was able to schedule the repair as soon as the parts came in. Mary explained everything very clearly and answered any questions that I had. The car was finished sooner than expected and they offered to pick me up at my house to come get it, and even stayed late that day to accommodate my busy schedule. I felt that I got a good deal for superior quality service. I will never take my car anywhere else!
