Excellent customer service with a very friendly staff! I highly recommend coming here for an oil change. They are fast and efficient! I definitely give them a 10/10!
I expected my oil change appointment to take no more than an hour at most. They took 2 1/2 hours to finish. At 1 1/2 hours I asked why it was taking so long, and they were waiting for my oil filter to be delivered. I did schedule it in advance. My phone died, there was nothing to read, and they didn’t turn on the TV. I won’t ever go back.
They are crooks. Dont be fooled by their professionalism. I went there for an oil change. They told me I needed $1500 worth of work done to my car. I took my car to another automotive place for a second opinion and they charged me $0 after they looked it. They said there was nothing wrong. So be very careful with your money. Tuffys is the same way. They will try to get your money into their pockets.
