So let's just say I did check somewhere else first only because Havlik's wasn't sure they could get me in this week, and because of me sometimes needing a wheelchair (van has my trailer) I needed it done ASAP. Brakes were bad... it was obvious. The issue with the other guys: I didn't feel like the info I got from the other place was right, what was wrong didn't seem "real." Then the quote seemed REALLY high from the other guys too. So we called Havlik's back (we definitely called them first.) We've been there time after time since 2015, my in-laws will only go there... it's all the way across town for us. We are on Blairsferry NE, Havlik's is 16th AVE Sw. I don't care. We will make the drive anytime. Havlik's: Asked me what the first quote was from the other repair shop... I trust them so much, I told them. 1200 bucks. They said for the same stuff they'd do it for 800. Then the best part. These guys and their honesty. I planned on rotors pads and calipers-I planned on 800. Happy to pay
