Went in for a diagnosis as my car kept misfiring. I paid their amount for them to open the hood, hear an engine noise and immediately determine it was an engine problem. It was not. I asked if the coils and spark plugs were checked, they were not. The root of all the problems were the coils. Thank you. I will not be coming back.

The rudest experience ever. Found out the night before my tire had a big nail in it and air was coming out. My husband suggested I make an appointment here to drop off and get it fixed while I was at work, and pick up when I was off. Im right across the street. I made an appointment on line. Dropped off a bit before 7 and I work at 7 right across the street. A man was there pulling in cars so I thought I’d just drop my keys off and walk across the street to work. I tried the door and of course it was locked. Man stood at the counter just shaking his head. He came to the door and said well we don’t open until 7. Told him my situation and he said I could drop off my keys. I told him I made an appointment on line for 11 am. Then man rudely told me well I can’t get it in then you need to call the store first to see. Well I would have done that but I noticed the nail in it at like 9pm. I should have left them and there something told me I should. Turns out the tire was in unrepairable. And

I have a 2008 Ford Focus that came with un-lubeable sway links from the factory. They have been replaced with after market links that DO HAVE grease zerts and need to be greased at every oil change. I tell them that every time I go there and they DON’T put grease in them. Last time I was there I heard a manager chewing out an employee for answering a phone call on the first ring. I’m serious! The manager told the tech, let it ring 3 or 4 times and then put them on hold. (To make it look like we are really busy) Will NEVER go there again! They gave me some ridicules estimate for repairs they said I needed that was over a thousand dollars! My husband just laughed after looking at it as the only thing my car really needs is spark plugs and last time I checked they are not $1000.00! Service: Oil change
