Boubin Tire & Automotive

I was pricing tires and the service advisor seemed indifferent regarding whether I bought tires there. He recommended a brand with which I was unfamiliar and I asked him about them and he said he didn't know anything about them. The prices were higher than the competition, and they don't actually stock tires there, despite the website referring to boubin as a "tire center." I found it very off-putting, so I thanked him for his help and went directly to a nearby competitor and got what I needed for much less.

You will not regret working with Boubin! I can’t believe the customer service I experienced. They got my car in the same day. Turned out I was just missing a caliper bolt, and they didn’t even charge for the bolt. Outstanding service and would be unheard of at any other shop. As if that weren’t enough, my check engine light has been on for a couple years (basically non-issue), and they didn’t try to upsell me to reset the light. Will be going to Boubin for all car troubles from now on. I’m still amazed weeks later.

Dan was amazingly helpful. He researched our problem, called me back with a solution, and worked us into the schedule the next business day. The mechanic came out to explain the work, and he also went the extra mile. I can't recommend them enough!
