The battery saga with zoned auto continues. They either resold the same defective battery or this is two for two. 4 Guys Auto is going to be my choice. I haven't taken my car there yet but when I spoke with the customer care rep/counter person she was very helpful. Asked me a lot of questions and between the two of us we were able to narrow it down to a few possibilities. We'll see tomorrow.
We do all of our purchasing and repairs from 4 Guys. Highly recommend.
Completely poor service waiting time was outrageous told me one thing then another agreed to do work which caused Me a financial pinch then backed out of the work I see that as unprofessional and lack of integrity.
