I had a fabulous experience. Taylor was very helpful and pleasant over the phone, and my conversation with her was a large factor in why we choose to get our new tires from Big O. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the store gave positive vibes and you could tell that it is a fun and pleasant to work - which makes it even more pleasant for patrons.
Great service. They were honest with me about only needing 2 tires instead of trying to push four. Good details on the difference between tires and pricing.
Stopped because we had a flat tire while traveling. Dan was professional, considerate and understanding. Told us what we needed, made a useful suggestion and got us on the road again quickly. If I lived closer, I’d definitely return!
