The worst customer service/store manager!! ***Don't Go there!*** Expensive and bad customer service** The store manager is not helpful ,no respect for a customer, I left my car @9am for weak break check and one side headlight replacement(i got new) and oil change, he asked me $500 for break check, $110 for headlight replacement, this is completely insane. This place is the most expensive service in Altoona, don't go there! I took my car with only oil change on next day. You can see how fast their service is!!!

These guys are great! Very fast and professional and a great value. They break down all the charges and clearly explain what's going on with your car. They definitely go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is in good shape.

My family and I were driving from Nebraska to New Jersey and suddenly heard a very loud noise. We were on route 80 and our tire tread came off. We are pulling a travel trailer in the tire was on the travel trailer. By the grace of God he led us to this amazing tire facility. Being in the middle of nowhere far from New Jersey we were desperate and Scott could’ve charged us any amount of money that he wanted. He took care of us within 15 minutes after we got there even though he was so busy he put on four brand new excellent Goodyear tires. For anyone in the area of freedom tire’s you’re crazy if you go any place else and for anybody traveling through Altoona Iowa don’t even bother looking for another place because they will not have the professionalism the quality the kindness and integrity that freedom tires has to offer!!!!
