Mike is the most rude guy i ever done business with. Asked for my services and did not pay and wanted to fight and wanted to shame and insult me like he knows me!!! Very unprofessional!
Good people, great work, good price! Traveling to Florida from Illinois my 2008 Ford F350 King Ranch started slipping bad brought truck to them on Monday, picked up on Friday, drove on down to Florida and back to Illinois no more issues, Thanks Mike and crew !
The owner asked for $4200 cash for rebuilding my transmission in my Ford Escape. I didn't know why until afterwards and it's because my car got a huge dent in it while under his care, in his fenced in parking lot. Although I called the police, the owner nor the police were interested in watching the video footage from the business owners camera. The owner offered his dent repairman to LOOK at it if I left the car with him. I was not going to trust this man to keep my car any longer therefore I declined. He also made it very clear that a sign in his office says "Not responsible for any theft or damages while on this property". I find that unacceptable especially since he keeps all vehicles in a fenced area on his property. The rebuild also took 4 weeks to complete. I traded the car in within a month of receiving it and found out that the transmission went out several days later while someone was test driving it. Service: Transmission
