Fix your computer system. Made an appointment for today, even received an appointment reminder yesterday, but the service department is closed. Really. You guys suck.
I was here 275 miles from home when I started having brake problems. I took it in and it needed front brake pads and rotors. They called all the parts places in the area and no one had rotors for it. They replaced the brake pads so I could get at least get home and hopefully get the rotors replaced there. They offered a shuttle If I needed to go anywhere while I waited. The staff were very courteous and they facilities were very clean and very nice. Customer lounge was quite comfortable. If I am in need of a repair ever again in the Valdosta area, Langdale is where I will go.
Excellent service. They earn it.5 stars.
