I had a pair of tires put on the front of my truck. They had problems balancing the driver's side. They told me all is good. Now, it's coming apart. I called them about it, and was told there is only a 30 day warranty, so it's my problem now. I was happy prior to this, and recommended them to friends. I will no longer do so.... I believe they're good people. I just got stuck with a defective tire. I wish they had worked with me to get a replacement, instead of being dismissive. Wasn't expecting anything for free.
This was my second time there and the service was fast and the customer service was great. I've been recommending my friends to go there.
Went to go purchase two new tires. Was offered a sale I couldn't refuse and I got all four for a savings of $236. And the customer service is always above and beyond.
