First of all 5 stars for the Mechanic and 1 star for the owner. I have been a customer now for almost 10 years and they usually treat me fair but yesterday he quoted $225.00 for a 4 cylinder engine tuneup and later added a $84.00 coil but the final bill was $434.21. He claims NAPA charged correctly for the parts but when I called them it appears he added 53.4% to their prices. I questioned him and he said because of his 1 year warranty. NAPA has a 3 year warranty on their parts! Time to find another service facility! Service: Auto engine tuning
The the mechanic's there are very skilled and multi faceted.Staff was courteous and professional. The problem with my vehicle was quickly and correctly diagnosed. It's a good shop" 5 stars, I have no complaints
