If i could leave 0 stars i would. Never thought I'd get service worse than walmart tire center, but they proved me wrong. Arrived in the morning, more than 5 hours later, nothing done on my car, meanwhile multiple cars that arrived after mine were in and out. Terrible service. No excuse. I will never return here again for service.

Friendly people - great service

came up from FL avoiding hurricane Ian. realized my tires were not good during the drive up. called a couple places but none were as nice or helpful as CMC Tire. Kevin was genuine, pleasant and polite. he showed me the issue with my tires and suggested replacements, while also advising me on how to maintain the car to avoid similar problems in the future. they completed the work in under 2 hours. Kevin was even nice enough to complete the rebate paperwork for me and even put a stamp on the envelope! I cannot imagine taking my car anywhere else if I lived in Valdosta. Kevin said he wants to treat people the way he would want his wife treated, and that is exactly what he did. this is the place you can feel confident sending your wife, daughter or mom. the shop is clean, the staff friendly and the service was exceptional.
