The technician broke the latch to release my hood, then Kenny had the audacity to say well it’s an older car so things break. Instead of correcting the problem, further promised to call with a resolution and now no response to our calls. We now had to get an attorney. RUN FAST. No accountability whatsoever !!!!
Everyone was very friendly and did their jobs well. I got new spark plugs installed and it was a simple hour and a half process. Will be returning for any future needs Service: Auto maintenance
I don’t mind driving 45 minutes to the shop because of their honesty and great service! I will highly recommend them to any owner of an european car, they tell you what your car needs! ???????????? almost a year following them and no complains!
