Needed my tire repaired thanks to a 16d mail. Matt the Store Manaqer took my call and even though it was late in the day, he said come on in and they would take care of my tire. Matt and John both were professionals and treated me like a lifetime value to their business. My truck is my baby and they ensured it was secure when I picked it up. Terrible! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I just bought a car from an auction and brought it to this location to get fixed. I told him it I was pressed for time before I brought it, and he said if he can’t get to it today, they would the next day. A week and a half later, I was told they did know what was wrong with it AND they haven’t had a chance to look at it. I saw NUMEROUS customers cars get worked on that came in after mine in this time frame. And the manager kept telling me” WELL ITS A PROJECT CAR.” Just because it’s an extra car of mine, does NOT mean you get to my car whenever it’s convenient for you. This place literally was skipping over my car. How can you do business like this. I had to pay the tow driver twice FOR NO REASON. And when I called every few days to check on it, they acted as if I am bothering them! Keep your word! Terrible communication! Just trash of a business!
