They do an excellent job. Always take the time to make sure nothing else needs attention and if it does they let you know. I had a tire with a slow leak they found it and repaired the tire as needed. Also did a complete oil change. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Will continue to use them on all my needs for my 2020 F150. We have used Cooper Lake many times to service our various vehicles. They always do a great job. They put tires on my vehicle just over a year ago (with all the balancing etc. that new tires entail.). I went back today because I had a nail in one of them. Luckily it was in a good place and they were able to plug it and get my vehicle back on the road. They even put away the spare I was using and put all the carpeting back in place. This business is home to the most honest, hardworking, and compassionate people in the business. When I got in a fender bender in a state I wasn't from, just prior to a 2,000 mile journey, I was an emotional wreck at a lost of what to do. I called the nearest automotive shop and I am so glad it was Cooper Lake Automotive. Patrick went above and beyond to calm me down without hesitation even though I called less than an hour before closing. He had me come right in. Him, Mathew, and Sherman took the time make sure my car was in good working order and went out of their way to repair the hood latch because they genuinely cared about my safety. They didn't know me from Adam but they showed me the greatest kindness I have ever experienced from strangers.
