Ozzi’s Automotive is in a class by itself! The mechanics are excellent, the customer service is great, and they are honest. During a routine service at a local service center we were told that we needed several expensive repairs complete with photographic “evidence”. We made an appointment with Ozzi’s, made the 45 minute drive, and were assured that our car is in excellent shape. . Ozzi’s is worth the trip for everything from routine service to major repairs. I found Ozzi's online. What spurred me were their great reviews, and I'm so glad I contacted them to replace the broken handle on my Kia Optima. The price was reasonable and they did a great job finding the exact replacement part and installing it. It also helps that they have a very comfortable and nice waiting area for their customers. I highly recommend Ozzi's. John was very helpful and very quick to respond to my emails.
