Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

I've taken several vehicles here over the years to get an oil change but I won't be returning after the last visit. I get full synthetic and understand the prices have gone up but the technician/manager was very rude when I commented on it now costing over $90. I can understand how people can have a bad day, especially when working in a hot garage so I just ignored it. What upset me was that he printed my new mileage sticker and only put 3500 miles on it before the next oil change. My $90+ synthetic oil is rated at 7000 miles between oil changes. Even 5000 miles would have been standard on the sticker but 3500? I feel like this was done intentionally and, along with the rude encounter, that will be the last oil change I ever get there.

This morning Jason General Manager addressed all of my concerns. His team lead by Trey and supported by Kingsley were beyond exceptional. When you own a Mercedes prices automatically increase. Jason assured I would pay a fair price. He was correct. I watched the entire oil change in the safety of my car. They top off all the fluids and assure my car was in excellent condition. The cross checks are just part of their policies. Amazing how they strive for perfection with no errors. Great job Gentlemen, You will see me soon. Joy

My family and I have been taking our vehicles to this location for years and we have never been disappointed. The staff are very friendly and I am always met with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this shop for all service needs.
