Can’t say enough good things about BR. I am new to the area and gave this auto shop a try after an accident I was in. They were very helpful, kind, quick, and thorough. Worst experience I've had in the auto industry and I've worked in auto sales, repairs, and details for the last 10 years. I got in an accident on 75, somone hit the side of my car, not bad at all. Insurance goes out to inspect and my car comes back repairable at $7,300. I get to the collision center and they wanted over $15,000. They said Insurance doesn't know what they are talking about, you don't know what your talking about, and even if we charge more knowing insurance will pay for it that's fine because at the end of the day we make the decisions. What's funny is I own my own small business that does auto detailing and collision repair, only reason I can't fix it is because conflict of interest. The man was incredibly rude, passive aggressive, sarcastic, and money hungry knowing they could use me since insurance would pay. Taking my car elsewhere and hope they start being honest and transparent with their customers.
