Lou and his team are fast, matter-of-fact, and fair. They knew immediately what the problem was after I explained the work I had done on the vehicle and the remaining sluggish performance problems the vehicle had. Mark, the auto technician, showed me the parts that were replaced and explained why they were no longer working. I really appreciated their thoroughness and I highly recommend Auto Shop. There isn’t a better mechanic in town. Lou is beyond honest and he charges the most fair prices. I wish every Auto Shop/Mechanic could be as trustworthy as he and his team are!
I just went there to get some general maintenance done on my car and it is easily the best shop around. The owner is friendly and truly cares about each and every customer. The pricing was perfect and I will definitely be back.
