Recently had an oil leak repaired in my BMW here. Every interaction I had with the team was professional and pleasant! From the initial call pricing out the work to the updates provided by Tim. Their work was superb and done in a timely manner. My car came back as good as new and is running perfectly.

Only had the initial contact over the phone to submit the work order. Jim was absolutely wonderful. He immediately put me at ease with his friendliness and professionalism. He even told me that they wouldn't be able to work on my car right away, that it would be a few days. I am very happy with this company so far and am expecting it to only get better.

Communication or lack of was an issue from the start. Prices were quoted incorrectly, parts were ordered without consent. The worst of it was that my vehicle took 8 weeks to fix and during that time was left under a tree in the back lot, unlocked and was damaged. The inside was filthy, things were broken both inside and out.
