I have known this family for many years. It was pleasure to be quoted a price and a delivery time and everything goes so smooth..not only did I get OEM glass but didn't pay much more than cheap aftermarket glass price. They earned my business. I will always trust my glass needs to Mitchell Glass

Overall, I was very pleased with their work. They did show up late, but said they had a difficult window replacement that ran long. I had to call them to find this out. They replaced the window in about 20 degree weather and came to my house to do so. After they were done, there was a dab of sealant at the top of the windshield which I wiped off myself with some alcohol. They had the best price in town, didn't charge extra to drive to my car and could come out the next day. I would highly recommend them.

These people are AWESOME! I had front door glass installed but asked a question about the rear door. The glass guy stopped and took the time to answer my question and even asked if I got it. That he would actually do what I was already asking. My first time there but I continue to go back. I've used another glass guy in Rome but no more. Mitchell's is the only glass place for me.
