Called out the service truck for a brake chamber replacement. Ten miles from their location. Charged me an hour drive and 1.5 hours labor plus $117 for the chamber which a forty dollar part. $602.90 for a road service call. I’ve had them done recently at other places same scenario and been charged less than $200. Highway robbery.

This company commits wage theft. Actively. And refuse to admit to any wrong doing. The manager Aaron, will tell his techs to make damages worse than they are to “sell the repair”. And he tells his techs “you’re not breaking anything that’s not already broken, you’re just making it more photo worthy”. He frequently tells people to push things that don’t need to be done. And personally told me to not use the tire tread depth gauge correctly to increase sales of tires. This is NOT a company you wanna do business with either as an employee or a customer.
