We use this Firestone, the one on Pleasant Hill, and one in Bradenton, FL for most of our service needs. The life time balance and alignment services are terrific.

Worst customer service ever. We got an alignment with brand-new tires. They did a bad alignment the first time. We had to go back for a second alignment, and after 3 months my NEW tires were absolutely in bad condition. I wished I can talk with the manager over there. But nobody was helpful to our problem. Please do not go to this store if you want a new alignment. They are NOT DOING a good job. Thanks for nothing.
