They performed a pre-purchase inspection for me and were very thorough. I was looking at buying an older model suv and I am out of state, they worked with me and the dealer. His inspection was very thorough and extremely helpful in negotiating with the dealer. And they did not ask me to write a review, but I wanted to because I was so impressed with their work and customer service.
I am new to Norcross and my favorite truck and baby I have owned for over 20 years started making noises. Came to Joel’s and they found the problem and fixed it quickly. I was so happy I had them fix transmission leaks no one else could do. Owners are honest and you will get 5 star service.
I had a check engine issue with my Wrangler YJ. It was difficult to diagnose due to it's age. They were able to get the fault code and made the repair. I picked up my Jeep the next day. The owners were a delight to work with and they provided great and knowledgeable service. Good shop, great folks.
