I took my car here after it broke down. They quoted me at $4500 for the repairs. I took it to someone else and they said that a few of the parts they wanted to replace didn't even need to be replaced and that they would fix the actual broken parts for $1500. Full line said I needed to replace my air compressor. They said it was $2200 and then called back and said it was actually $3200. Full line auto is inexperienced and in my opinion scumbags. I talked to Jimmy the most and he did not give me any confidence whatsoever. Don't waste your time or money on this place they will squeeze you for every penny you have.

They broke the lug nut from changing my tire and never mentioned a word about it, someone texted to see why I hadn’t been coming back. I explained everything only for them to not respond. Very disappointed in this place. First experience was pretty good however the customer service and quality after that was terrible.

I had 4 broken wheel studs. I had a bad rim . And my shade tree mechanic put my brake caliper on backwards. Decent prices and they work with you . They also give you a diagnosis for free after working on your vehicle . The chinese guy really cares and i would definitely recommend taking your car here if you’re in the gwinnett atl area.
