Came in a panic this morning because of my Mass Air Flow Sensor, which illuminates your check engine light. The guys at Massey were quick, professional and very knowledgeable! They replaced the mass air flow sensor and a tail light in about an hour. I was even surprised with an applied coupon at checkout! Definitely found my new mechanic! Thanks guys for a great experience!

Update: Massey has now turned me away or referred me to another shop with at least two other vehicles. The last one was a 1995 Buick Roadmaster. After I told them the year they said the cut off is 1996. Maybe I'm annoying them by micromanaging their work on my older enthusiast vehicles. Maybe it's just that some of the real techs have left this shop and left them with techs who will only read an OBDII (1996 or later) and change parts. I was prompted to update my review after receiving an automated text message from Massey stating that it has been 6 months since my last service on my truck they won't work on because it's too big for their lifts. There are real honest people working here who don't deserve a bad review, but from my perspective, the highest rating a can give after being turned away several times is three stars. This place is fine to stop by if you need your late model "everyday" vehicle regularly serviced, but it doesn't feel good as a customer to be turned away in person
