I was referred to this place through a family friend. Terrible customer service. I would not recomend this place to anyone. I dropped my car off and asked them to fix everything that is wrong. They changed the tensioner pulley, drive belt, and timing cover gasket. Charged me almost 1000.00! I went to pick my car up the following day and as soon as I left the lot I heard my belt squealing. I drove home and popped the hood. The belt was already shredding and the engine was still covered in old oil from the timing cover gasket leaking. Also looking around under the hood and realized they didn’t fix the axel where the boot had been damaged from the previous belt breaking. So all of the greese under the axel boot was just slinging around the engine and getting on the new belt. I tried to explain this to Eric and he said it would cost me another 500 and some change to fix this problem. I told Eric I needed everything fixed the first time. My truck was dropped off because it had a check engine light for a NOx sensor and DEF fluid heater. He dropped the DEF tank to replace the heater, after picking it up not even a week later check engine light came back on for same sensor. Looked at the sensor and looked old and not replaced. Also my DEF tank starting leaking and wasn’t told a single thing about it. Went back to have the check engine light looked at to show them it’s throwing the same sensor and he tried to charge me $150 just to read the codes after working on my truck.
