Took my 2011 F150 here with a litany of different issues. Carter's did an extremely thorough diagnosis of my truck and found a number of issues that the other shop I previously went to actually caused. Will definitely be making Carter's my new primary mechanic. Very professional and quality prices at a quite reasonable price. My truck is running much better already. We are long time happy customers of Carters...general maintenance etc at fair prices, friendly people, and terrific service. But this week we experienced SERVICE BEYOND TERRIFIC. A strange noise when I tried to start my Camry sent me straight to Carter s for help. In 10 min, they diagnosed the problem (Whew! It wasn't the starter as I feared). In one-half hour (or less), I drove out with a new battery, blown away by these guys service!!! Go see them. They re THE BEST!

I've switched over to Carters to work on my cars for the past few years now. Today was just another great experience. I took my Pilot in for a general maintenance replacement of the timing belt. Instead of doing the work and charging me ~ $1,200 for the expected repair, David calls and says 'you don't need the replacement yet based on the recent replacement already done on the timing belt'. My bad... my records were off and David was correct. Instead of replacing a timing belt that was not needed, we spoke about some other items that DID need attention today. I agreed with David, thanked him, and authorized the other needed repairs. I just love the HONESTY and the way they make me feel - like I have a friend helping me take care of my vehicles. I don't even shop around any longer. Trust is a valuable thing these days and seemingly in short supply. Not here. These folks are the real deal. Exactly as they say on their website. Thank you!
