After being struck by an 18 Wheeler tire, I had front end and undercarriage damage. State Farm recommended they repair my vehicle. They were fantastic. Continually kept me informed of their process and estimates and the technicians that worked on my vehicle called and updated me on the repair progress with an estimated date of completion. I picked up my car on the date promised and they had even washed and vacuumed my vehicle, which looked great. Friendly, courteous, professional. If needed again (hope not), they will be my choice. I highly recommend this place. I got into an accident and needed the whole front of my truck fixed. I really enjoyed the service. Everything was very practical, fast, with little bureaucracy. I received updates almost every day by email, telling what they were doing that day and my car was delivered before the deadline. After being rear-ended, I decided to choose AutoNation Collision Center for my car repairs as I got my car at an AutoNation dealership. Initially everything was going well, but there were a few delays to me getting it back. One of the delays was caused because they didn't realize that the rear window was single use, but it only set my car being finished by a day. Shortly after getting my vehicle back I found one of the body panels was over sprayed and you could see/feel where the paint flooded but the rest of the work looked alright. All was well with my car until it suddenly lost power and I had to get it towed to a local dealership to figure out what happened. Turns out there wasn't just over-spray on the body panel, there was paint covering wire grounds and wiring was pinched between panels in my car. I had to pay $400 for the wire and ground repairs on my car, so I called the collision center to ask about the issues and was told that there wasn't anything that could be done since t
