We had a great experience with our Tesla 3 sunroof replacement. From the beginning when SunroofExpress referred us to them, Fortunately, the staff at Alan Cox was quite familiar with the replacement of sunroofs in the Tesla 3 models. Once the part was in, we were able to schedule relatively soon – which can be rare. Since we live 1.5 hr away, we were kindly driven to a mall to walk our waiting time away. However, we were pleasantly surprised when the installation took 1/2 the projected time. Just time enough to walk 4 miles and grab a cup of coffee:) Great work, knowledgeable and friendly shop . . . would highly recommend!
Our car broke down on our way back from vacation and we had it towed to Alan cox. Excellent customer service, they were extremely sweet and helpful and provided everything we needed. 5 stars for Alan cox.
