Pro 1 Collision

Not impressed I was told to bring my car in on a Monday and my car would be ready on a Friday. When we took the car there we was told the paperwork was missing so we had to sign again and she said they would call me with updates.. I never got a call with an update here it is a week and a half later and I’m just now getting my car.. you can tell where they stopped painting my grill is still cracked with no eta on when my grill will be in they did not do the alignment when they told us they would and the under part of my car is still falling off.. my car looks like it came out the high school body shop.

My car was taken to receive auto body repairs which included paint as well. The front bumper paint job was okay. The side panel included a few dings in which some were painted over while others were not. I have had flawless paint jobs from other Auto Body Shops in the past and this was not one of them. While the work is warranted I will not be taking my vehicle back to this body shop. My windshield was cracked when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. My windshield was not cracked at the time it was picked up by the tow company or at the time in which the pictures were submitted to the adjuster. I’m not saying who was in possession of my vehicle when the windshield got cracked because I do not know. Coincidentally, no one took responsibility for the crack. I was very pleasant in explaining the issue, although I was very upset.
