Took my Hellcat in today to have a Borla Atak Catback installed. They were able to get me in same day and took their time to ensure everything was lined up perfectly. I can not express how professional the staff were and the fact they took the time to go the extra mile really impressed me. This location will get all my business from now on. I gave it 1 star because it won’t let me give zero. Do not take your car here. We took our Subaru because the AC is going in and out. It’s still under warranty. Paid $250 dollars for them to say it’s fixed, drove it a day (literally) and the ac started messing up again. They told us to bring it back in and they would contact our warranty company about replacing it. Dropped it off one morning at 8am, heard nothing from them until 4:30 that afternoon when I called and they told me “we ran it for 3 hours and nothing happened”, so I asked if they called the warranty company like they said they would to see about replacing it since it is going in and out and not working properly. The guy I spoke to talked over me the entire time we spoke, was incredibly rude and acted like they had never told us to bring the car back in. When I asked if they had called the warranty company like they said they would he said “I would if there was something wrong with it”. TERRIBLE customer service. So we paid

I’ve met some of the nicest people in Georgia, and this time was no difference. Plus very Professional. They said one day, and it was totally fixed in one day! Thank you Meineke!
