Super helpful and accommodating. The best thing is that the Service Department Professionals actually listen to what your concerns are. No jerking you around and quick to provide an appointment for service.
We called into Carriage because our battery died in our car while we were out shopping. Andrew answered and he was so nice and professional. He had us come right in. They replaced our battery promptly and even washed our car. Definitely ask for Andrew when coming to the service department. Service: Battery
Recently purchased a Kia Sorento and John went above and beyond to help my wife and I as well as Eric. Everyone was so friendly and we are very happy with our 2019 Kia. Will definitely be back in the future!!
