When I brought my KIA Forte here a few years ago for a minor insurance claim repair I was treated with courteous and friendly service. It only got better from there. I was kept advised, the lady at the counter was extremely knowledgeable about the paperwork process, the manager treated me with respect. It all went so smoothly. The repair was topnotch. A very satisfied customer.
Once more they have gone above and beyond my expectations! They took wonderful care of me from the moment I walked in the door! As a women I feel like I could be taken advantage of because I know nothing about cars… however that was not the case. They did an awesome job!
Worst experience ever my vehicle has been in there for almost two months and every time i call they tell me something different wether if it’s problems with insurance or waiting or parts they always change their stories on why my vehicle isn’t ready .. Service: Body & Trim
