Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

I am extremely disappointed with the service that I got. I took my vehicle to get an oil change and when I took it back months later they told me that they couldnt change my oil because the last place I had got it serviced had tightened my bolts to tight. They stated that I would need to replace my entire oil pan and that it would run me about $2000 when they were the last ones that had done my previous oil change so they had tighten them to much. Now am I being told from a different mechanic the same thing because the people at express oil change tighten my bolts way to tight to get them off and couldn’t do their job right. DO NOT GO HERE !! Don't let them use your oil for a change, the credits they give you are nowhere close to how much you will pay for your own oil. I bought $30 worth of oil and they only gave me an $8 credit, when I told the manager Mike that I would like a refund or credit on my next visit he was incredibly condescending and rudely informed me that a refund/credit would not be possible. I would have been okay with not getting a refund/credit but his attitude was unacceptable.

I was driving when I got a low oil warning. I immediately took my vehicle to Express Oil to have it looked at. Rickey not only looked at my truck, he diagnosed it as a leak coming from my oil filter. He stated it was tightened enough. He performed the oil change and changed out my Air Filter. He had me in and out very quickly and offered me $10.00 off the package for my military service.
