Best service ever! Wish I could give 6 stars. Brought my car in for an oil change but mentioned I wanted my brake pads changed as well. I had heard a sound and thought the brake pads were worn down. They called me back during the servicing and let me know all the brake pads were good, so I asked them to take it for a test drive to see if they could hear the sound I was hearing. After driving it around, they found a piece of plastic in the wheel and totally fixed the noise I was hearing. They only charged me for the oil change! They looked at all of the other stuff for free. I really appreciate the kindness of Friends Automotive. Will definitely only be coming here in the future.

From the initial phone call through driving away this was a great experience. James and Rose have excellent customer service skills, are responsive, the work done was very good and at a reasonable price. I particularly liked being able to discuss issues with James and receiving a call back to discuss what he had found and the way forward. Rose's handling of the initial call going through my needs and the call back reminder were top notch. Friends will be maintaining my car from here on out. A bonus is that all business is conducted through the plexiglass protected front desk (see photo) to protect customers and staff. The only down side - a little wait to get an appointment. There is a reason for that and it's worth the wait. Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Oil change

James and his team have worked on my Infiniti M37 for several years, they always get it right, and explains the repair(s) cost to the customer. They do not try to swindle the customer they will guide you to a reasonable repair. I love Rose, she's part of this family business and very knowledgeable and always willing to help. They stay booked and busy, if you have repairs there may be a wait on the calendar!
