Walmart Auto Care Centers

I needed to get my right headlight bulb changed. I made an appointment with them and they were able to give me an appointment the same day. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. They also did it in a very timely manner. I really appreciate them.

Nasty attitude, plus asking you to schedule an appointment days before just a simple oil change… would not recommend…. Service: Oil change

Wow so i take my car to Walmart to get tires rotated and balanced. Apt time 10 am. I arrive at 9:50. I go in and no one is there in the office. There are three guys out in the service area. I don’t bother them I just wait till 10:10 then I decide to bother them. I go to the door “the same one I came in” and it’s locked I can’t go out! So I start calling the tire center. No answer! Finally a guy sees me and comes in yells at the girl who is outside to come help me. Fyi she is very rude! She ask what I’m here for and I told her. She gets my keys and says they will text me when it’s done. I start shopping and she calls and said she needs the lug lock thing. I come back and was sent to my car. I find my car not in the service center but in the parking lot of Walmart, windows rolled down, running, and keys inside. I get the lug lock thing.
