Normally in and out without much wait unless they are very busy. Then you have somewhat of a wait. Friendly and professional!
They put synthetic blend in my car instead of full synthetic like I asked for on two consecutive visits. Both times they were polite enough to fix the problem without charging full price for full synthetic which is more expensive than the blend but I still think I'll take my business someplace where these mistakes don't happen to begin with.
