Late November 22 I brought my car to this place to get worked on for an oil change and I found out that my water pump needed to get replaced. My vehicle started getting worked on at 4pm. I told the employees that I had a funeral to attend the next morning and I had to drive to New Orleans, Louisiana. They told me they will get my car ready so I can leave the next morning. My car wasn’t repaired until 1130 that night. They had two guys working on my car and i know it did not take that long to replace a water pump. The lady that worked at the front office apologized and told me that next time I need an oil changed, I can get it for free for the inconvenience. Today I came to the office and told them that I was here for my free oil change. The guy at the front office was super rude to me. He told me if you don’t have any paperwork saying she told you that then it’s not going to happened. He said she’s not here today come when she’s here tomorrow. He told me that with a nasty attitude. They were fast and the service was excellent. They gave me the info to the website so that I could get a coupon, which took $15 off my services. I was very pleased. Thanks for taking good care of me guys.

Not the place to go for any engine work. Very misleading, not even a business card available. Got no receipt for Details of work done. Postings in waiting room outdated, no toilet paper in restroom!
