My family was broke down in Columbus due to a bad alternator. Noone in Columbus had a replacement but when the wrecker delivered my car, Brandon had the part located in Alabama and it had been picked up and was waiting for me. The entire staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. BRANDON and a mechanic Junior, went above and beyond to help my family. My car was repaired immediately and I made it home safely. I had my oil changed today at the veterans pkwy location in Columbus Ga. I drove it . My engine light came on and I noticed it was losing pressure.. I raised the hood . Oil was everywhere . I’m unable to drive it to work tomorrow and tomorrow is Sunday and they closed .. So Monday I guess I ll see what damage it caused. Janice Norman Service: Oil change

They left parts off in my truck. They did a diagnostics test on my truck for over four hours. To tell me they don’t know what is wrong with my truck. They are not good mechanics. They are not experience I would not take my vehicle there, knowing they cause more problems, and I had to take it to another shop, and the other shop told me what was wrong with it a little over the hour. Precision Auto Tune on Veterans Parkway almost cost me my motor to be replace. I would not recommend my family or my friends to go to the shop unless you want your vehicle to be messed up.
