I have used them numerous times for exhaust work and never had an issue. I have also recommended them to many people I know who had work done also. I took my truck in to get some manifold bolts replaced. I told them to do all of them so I wouldn't have an issue again. Fast forward 1 1/2 years and I have broken manifold bolts again. I called to find out what could be done and the person on the phone blatantly lied to me about the bolts they used. Told me they were ARP bolts. Considering they are rusting I think not. I asked how much to get it fixed (again) and they quoted me the exact same price they did the first time. I hate that I am going to have to go somewhere else because I had never had an issue before. Ordered rims and tires (asked for all terrain tires). They came in a month later. While putting the tires on the rims, they gouged a rim (photo). Then I discovered that they put mud tires on instead of all terrains. I didn’t make a fuss about that because I just wanted my business to be done with them. They told me they immediately ordered another rim and would swap the damaged for the new rim asap. It’s been 2 months and every time I call them, they act like they’ve totally forgot about the fact that they owe me a rim. Now, I just found the balance weights laying in my driveway after falling off one of the rims. Extremely poor service. I totally got what I paid for when dealing with this place.
