I visited the one located on Armour Rd and they were very friendly, professional and personable. I enjoy the fact they send texts that lets you know the progress and status of the work being done. This was my first experience having my car repaired in any shape or form so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Franks exceeded my expectations. They kept in constant communication about what stage of the process my car was in and when the repair would be complete. They even washed the outside of my car and detailed in the interior!
