Firestone Complete Auto Care

This place is really poor quality. I took my car there for an oil leak, and when they fixed it, it leaked all the way home and back there, so they had to redo it. Then I took my car there for leaking coolant and a sticky gear shifter, they said I had a blown head gasket and needed a new stick shift wiring harness. I just took the cover off the stick shift and lubed it myself which fixed the issue, and their blown head gasket was actually a cracked intake manifold. So instead of spending 2,000 for a gasket repair it costs me $100. I would not take my car there if I were you.

Saturday morning, I noticed I had a headlight out. I have big hands and big arms , so I called Firestone to ask could they change the headlight for me. The guy at the counter( I will get his name later then update) told me I will have to pay $75 for the light bulb, then labor would be $350 to install it………………………………………. Which is absolutely insane and unbelievable that he would even say this.

It was a Sunday afternoon and I had tire issues. My friend recommended this place and she was right. The gentleman who handled my request was caring and concerned. I waited less than an hour. My issue was resolved and I felt safe to leave. I will return when I need help. Highly recommend this establishment
