I cannot say that the news about my vehicle repairs was one I loved to hear but I can say the overall interaction with the shop personnel was very pleasant. They were very knowledgeable...they spoke with clarity and in layman's terms so I could understand. I always felt confident that everything was being done to diagnose the problem with my vehicle and that the estimate was fair. I really appreciated that the mechanic did not patronize me bcos I was a female. I have not had the repairs done yet bcos of budget but once I do I definitely will go back to Cool Car. ????
They lie about their diagnostic fees, they lie about estimates and definitely lie about their services! Untrustworthy business Pretty much they're scam artists Avoid this business at all "costs"
