Very professional and fast.
View one of the vehicles in person and saw the great paint work.
I pulled up on a curve and when I backed up I partially tore the right side of my bumper off. I took my car to California Body Shop to have it repaired. We (Hugo and Myself) determined that my car needed 2 brackets and dent repair on my right side fender. I dropped my car off and caught a UBER home at $19.00. Hugo called me to inform me that the body work was completed on my car. I caught UBER at $19.00 to pick up my car. When I arrived I noticed several discrepancies: 1. The dent on my right side fender was still there. 2. The paint dried with bubbles on the fender. 3. The bumper (where it it's joined with the fender) wasn't painted. Instead, it was blotted with paint. The paint job is supposed to be smooth and match with the rest of the car but one could see as well as feel the bumps caused by blotting the paint. 4. My lottery tickets were stolen from my glove box. ( I noticed this after I left the California Body Shop). I contacted Hugo to inquire about the lottery tickets and he to
