Burkett had my vehicle for 3 weeks to put cv axles and tie rods in the front. After finally getting it back, every time I turned my wheel tight I heard a bad scraping noise. Took it somewhere else and had them check to see why and found out that Burkett and his workers put the tie rods in backwards. What professional mechanic does that?? Had the other place put them on right and got another front end alignment. Burkett will hemhaw you around and not fix it right. Be careful if you let him work on your vehicle. He also will not give you a sales receipt even tho all he accepts is cash. He will string you along and keep your vehicle alot longer than needs be. I will not be going back and do not recommend him. I had took my vehicle to him to let him know they were on backwards and he would not look at it or fix it. That's why I had the place that found it out, fix it.
