We searched for awhile for a reputable shop. Before we found TLS we went through pure hell with other shops. TLS was able to go behind those shops and fix their work. We took our 2011 Hyundai to TLS Motorworks for the first time recently because it just came out of warranty, and we'll definitely be back. Everyone we dealt with there was fantastic. We always got the sense that they were being straight with us. The software that they're using which itemized each thing they found, provided an explanation of the reason for the work and its criticality, and clear pricing for each was great. We used the chat feature to work through the pros and cons and ensure a few things are looked at that weren't initially on their radar. They didn't push us to fix anything that wasn't necessary and also told us that we could deal with some issues at a later date and that it would cost the same later than it would when they dealt with everything else right now. They did the work in a professional manner and reasonably quickly, all things considered. Brought my Toyota Prius here not running at all and it left purring like brand new…Throughout the process the team was extremely patient, kind and informative, making sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. Communication was top notch, service was impeccable and the work was well done.
