Georgetown Tire and Auto Service

Do not use this auto shop! We used this shop for our fleet and was charged for repairs that never took place. Paid for brakes that never got changed, another shop confirmed. A coworker took her vehicle here to get engine mounts fixed. This shop said they purchased the mounts from the factory, the mounts were never fixed, another shop confirmed that the bolts were never taken off and new mounts were not installed. There are many more instances I could share, but I think you get the point. This place is essentially fraud. There are times where things we paid for got fixed but overall pretty disappointed with the work or lack there of. Find a shop that’s actually stands by their word. Good luck! So my family has been going to Georgetown auto for over 20 years. A few years ago when the new ownership took over, I was a bit sad to see so many familiar faces retiring. But I have been so happy that the quality of service has not changed at all. The prices are still way more than fair. David, the manager of the shop, is amazing. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. They also still have great working relationships with shops in the area so if there’s anything they can’t handle, they can send me somewhere that will take good care of me. I recommend them to everyone but especially women. They’re way more respectful than some shops and always show me the same respect whether I’m knowledgeable about the issue or not.

I’ve been using this location for the last 6 years. Unfortunately when Zaharias bought this location everything went downhill. His employee David is not to be trusted. Although him and insurance have made the estimate for my car accident when I went to pick up my car ( already a full month In the repair shop) David told me that the cost was larger so I would have to pay another 1200$ from my pocket. And I have full coverage on my car. He insured me that he will sent the proper paperwork to the insurance so they can refund me and he never did. Every day he had a new excuse. DAVID is biggest liar.
