Luke and his crew are fantastic. I was sure I needed a new car. My 16 year old Mazda Speed3 with high mileage needed a new turbocharger and burned oil to the point where I poured in multiple quarts a week to fend off further damage. Finally, when it was financially viable for me, I took it to another shop who quoted me more than Luke did, just for the turbo. Luke ordered my turbo, quoted the price and emphasized that unforeseen work might be necessary because of the location of the replacement. Luckily for me, there were a few other replacements made. Serpentine belt was cut through; replaced. Spark plugs, replaced. Coolant flush and oil change too. The final cost was in line with the original price quote, and didn’t send me into shock. He even worked with me to keep my car on business premises for a few extra days (the car was ready the day after I dropped it off) so that I could pay for it once I had the cash.
